Beautiful Bate Pond has much to offer visitors. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff near Bate Pond. There's so much to do here at Bate Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Autumn Hills Campground is a tremendous place for that, and a day on the slopes of Pats Peak is just what you need. Through the summertime months highs here at Bate Pond get into the 80's, and the nighttime is a bit colder of course, usually in the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's; all through the dark hours in the winter at Bate Pond temperatures plunge to the 10's. River - South Branch. Glide down the rapids of Piscataquog River in a kayak, and there is a splendid hiking trail close by called the Mitchell Hill Road. Hill - Brook Motel is a good location to get some rest, and Bate Pond is
not the only spot close by, Fearon Farm Pond is a close by lake. What a location this is for outdoors folks. At Bate Pond you always meet someone from Manchester-Nashua. Near Bate Pond you discover the Wapack Trail which is a wonderful
hiking trail, and you can stay the night at Friendly Beaver Camp Ground. This lake is so wonderful. The scenery at Fearon Farm Pond Dam in close proximity to Bate Pond is delightful, and Ceasars Brook is in the vicinity of Bate
Pond and is always a delight to explore. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Fairfield Inn By Marriott Merrimack, and a round of golf at nearby Buckmeadow Golf Club is a brilliant way to kill some time.
