Man, is there heaps of amusing stuff to do close to Bagley Pond. If you came for an overnight stay Oxbow Campground is a great spot to camp, and if you've had enough of Bagley Pond, Steels Pond is nearby. Camping is available at Cliffton's Country Camping; get yourself into a kayak and hit Contoocook River. For the duration of the days of summer, highs typically are in the 70's at Bagley Pond. Once the sun is down it       drops down to the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are frequently in the 20's, and overnight lows at Bagley Pond through the wintertime typically plunge into the 10's. There is a tremendous hiking trail in close proximity to Bagley Pond called the Monadnock Sunapee Trail, and Crotched Mountain is a very popular ski area in the vicinity. This lake is so wonderful. Black Pond Dam is picturesque and it's in the neighborhood of Bagley Pond, and get wet paddling                  on Contoocook River - North Branch. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Going for a hike on the Pumpelly Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Angus Lea Golf Course is close at hand. You could also go to Black Pond while you're here at Bagley Pond; it's nearby, and Campbell Mountain is lovely and can be spotted from here. Head up to Mount Sunapee and strap some skis to your feet, and a brilliant nearby hotel is The Henniker Motel. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Parker Trail, and if you need a spot to stay Best Western Sunapee Lake Lodge is a wonderful choice.
