In New Hampshire there are many beautiful lakes, Back Pond is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. You need to go to White Ledge since you're here at Back Pond, and you can hit the slopes at Cranmore Mountain nearby. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Back Pond. There's whitewater on Swift River for all you adrenaline kick people, and you can run the rapids of Lovell River. | | not ever want to go back home again. Near Back Pond you hit upon the Weetamoo Trail which is a perfect hiking trail, and White Deer Motel is a magnificent place to get some rest. Back Pond is a beautiful lake in the White Mountains. Just can't get enough of the White Mountains. the slopes of nearby Attitash Bear Peak; going for a hike on the Piper Trail is always a great adventure. There is a glorious hiking trail in close proximity to Back Pond called the White Ledge Trail; Back Pond is wonderful enough
to spend more than a day at, Pine Knoll Camp Ground and RV Resort is a wonderful local campground. The top of Birch Hill is easily seen from Back Pond, and after a long day outdoors Stonehurst Manor is a delightful site to spend a
night or two. All through the long summer days, highs mostly are in the 80's at Back Pond, and the nighttime is quite colder of course, generally in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's while Back
Pond overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 0's. Back Pond gets a good deal of water; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain; September meanwhile is the driest month. And that's not
everything there is to do here in the White Mountains. Swamps like Lovejoy Marsh right next door to Back Pond make for splendid spots to stop at, and camping at Eastern Slope Camping Area is always a glorious experience.
