    A visit to Androscoggin River Reservoir is always a good idea. You clearly have to adore Androscoggin River Reservoir. The snow is wonderful at Black Mountain. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Wildcat, and a pleasant place to camp here at Androscoggin River Reservoir is White Birches Mountain Camping Park. Androscoggin River Reservoir sees pretty high levels of rain; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month  
   of the year is February.
Peabody River - West Branch is a pleasant whitewater spot right next door to Androscoggin River Reservoir, and Androscoggin River Reservoir is right by the Imp Shelter Cut Off. So much exciting stuff to do here in the White Mountains, too pleasant to be true. Androscoggin River Reservoir is not the only place nearby, Reflection Pond is a nearby lake, and dry warm beds await you at A Top Notch Inn. This lake is located in the wonderful
 
               White Mountains.
During the days of summer at Androscoggin River Reservoir temperatures are commonly in the 70's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are typically in the 20's; nighttime lows throughout the winter for Androscoggin River Reservoir tend to be in the 0's.
