There are plenty of people from Omaha-Council Bluffs here at Zorinsky Lake, and Wiebe Dam has pleasant water scenery. Zorinsky Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; most of the rain falls throughout May, and January is the month with the least moisture. Through the warmest time of the year here at Zorinsky Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's while overnight lows       are mostly in the 60's. All through the winter highs are mostly in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Zorinsky Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the E T Mahoney Trails will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; Zorinsky Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, West Omaha KOA is a good local campground. Hiking along the Copper Creek Connector Trail is tremendous fun. There's so much to do here                  at Zorinsky Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Gretna Koa Kampground is a perfect spot for that. You're in all probability hooked on lakes, Papillion Creek Reservoir D-38 is one of those nearby, and a tremendous close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites OMAHA WEST. This lake is so wonderful. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a splendid time here at Zorinsky Lake. Looking for a splendid journey? Lewis & Clark National Historic Trail is quite near Zorinsky Lake, and after a long day outdoors Rodeway Inn Omaha is a fine site to spend a night or two.
