Yung South Reservoir is generally a pretty dehydrated place; during May this area sees the most rain while December is typically the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Twin Pines is a fine campground       here, and Yung South Dam is beautiful. All through the months of summer here at Yung South Reservoir, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Yung South Reservoir.
