This lake is so wonderful. There are great locations to discover along the E T Mahoney Trails, and Pawnee Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth checking out. US West Lake gets       a normal amount of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is May; January is when it's the driest. If only every place had this much outdoors fun things, what a great world it would be. After a long day outdoors Gretna Super 8 Motel is a fine place to spend a night or two; since you're here and you like golf, you can have a look at Quarry Oaks Golf Club.
