In Nebraska there are many beautiful lakes, Trout Lake is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Gretna Super 8 Motel is a great choice, and while you're here, you could go to Otoe Creek. A tremendous nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites OMAHA WEST, and if you came for an overnight stay Cottonwood Campground is a wonderful location to camp.

During the months of summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Trout Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Trout Lake tend to be in the 10's. From a rain point of view Trout Lake is a reasonably typical location; through June this area sees the most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
