For the period of the long summer days highs here at Stiver South Reservoir get into the 80's; the nighttime is fairly chillier of course, typically in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Stiver South Reservoir. Stiver South Reservoir gets very little rain; through the month of May you get the most rain around here; the driest month is January. Be       careful coming to Stiver South Reservoir, you might not ever want to return home again. Stiver South Dam is not far at all from Stiver South Reservoir, and while you're here you can play some golf at Riverview Golf & Country Club. After a long day outdoors Circle S Lodge is a wonderful place to spend a night or two, and a pleasant site to stop by is Saddle Gap. This lake is so wonderful. You're almost certainly addicted to lakes, Stiver North Reservoir is one                  of those nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Oak Tree Inn Morrill. Lakes are wonderful; Fanning Reservoir is a lake that's close to Stiver South Reservoir, and do take a hike on the Wildcat Hills Trails. This lake is so wonderful. This is a popular site for people from Scottsbluff; Scottsbluff/Chimney Rock KOA is a glorious campground nearby.
