This lake is so wonderful. The White River Trail offers hiking at its best, and naturally Dry Creek flows through this region. Summertime highs at Stewart Reservoir frequently tend to be in the 80's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are ordinarily in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Stewart Reservoir       plunge into the 0's. At Stewart Reservoir you don’t see much rain; most of the rain falls through May; the driest month is January. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Stewart Reservoir; Rock Butte Loop is a wonderful local trail, and if you need a place to stay Best Western West Hills Inn is a magnificent choice. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Roberts Trail; a lake close by is Whitney Lake. You imagine that's sufficient? Just getting warmed                  up.
