Summertime at Stanton Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are mostly in the 30's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Stanton Lake fall into the 10's. Super 8 Motel - Rock Port is a good spot to get some rest; if you came for an overnight stay Thousand Adventures Sycamore is a nice spot to camp. This place, Stanton Lake,       it definitely has so much outdoors fun stuff. Take a side journey to Silver Creek. Lakes are fine; Towle-Martin Reservoir is a lake that's right next door to Stanton Lake, and hiking along the Indian Cave State Park Trails is brilliant fun. This lake is so wonderful.
