Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SCOTTSBLUFF-GERING is a splendid location to get some rest. Wildcat Mountain is clearly visible from Scott Reservoir, and if you came for an overnight stay Robidoux RV Park is a glorious location to camp. This lake is so wonderful. A lovely lake like Airdale Reservoir Number 1 close to Scott Reservoir is a       great spot to have a look at; there are plenty of folks from Scottsbluff here. There is a tremendous hiking trail close to Scott Reservoir called the Wildcat Hills Trails, and do visit Gering Valley Reservoir C, it's a lovely lake. At Scott Reservoir you don’t see much rain; through the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is December. So much enjoyable stuff to do at Scott Reservoir, so little time. Riverside Campground                  is a good campground nearby; obviously, all our national parks are pleasant places to check out and Scotts Bluff National Monument is no exception. Summertime highs at Scott Reservoir usually tend to be in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
