This is no spot for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. A tremendous close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express       Hotel & Suites LEXINGTON. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Schrock Reservoir, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Schrock Reservoir temperatures fall to the 10's. A brilliant site to camp here at Schrock Reservoir is Reverie, and there are plenty of folks from Lexington here at Schrock Reservoir. For you                  golfers we recommend close by Lakeside Country Club, and of course, this is a pleasant area for people who like lakes, Ford Reservoir is a lake in close proximity.
