Take a little tour to Little Salt Creek while you're here at Ropers Lake, and hiking along the Pioneer Park Trails is perfect fun. Throughout the warm months highs here at Ropers Lake reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; overnight lows during the winter for Ropers Lake tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Do pay a visit to Homestead       National Monument of America while you're here at Ropers Lake, and why not camp at State Fair Park Campground while you're here at Ropers Lake. Travelodge Inn Lincoln is a glorious place to get some rest, and there are plenty of folks from Lincoln here. An average amount of rainfall falls at Ropers Lake; during the month of May you get the most rain around here, and January meanwhile is the driest month. Camping is available at Skyview Mobile Home                  Ranch, and do take a hike on the Wilderness Park Trails.
