This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - St. Paul is a great location to spend a night or two, and Ransom Dam is wonderful. Golf can be played at St Paul Country Club, and there's some flowing water close by, Oak Creek is a stream you can have a look at while you're here. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Ransom Reservoir. Once the sun is down it       drops down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Ransom Reservoir dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. Ransom Reservoir is a spot with many visitors from Grand Island; you can have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Dannebrog Trails. There's so much to do here at Ransom Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, George H Clayton Campground is a good site for that, and if you need a spot                  to stay USA Inns of America is a splendid choice. Just can't get enough of Ransom Reservoir.
