There are other places here than Post Reservoir, for example Airdale Reservoir Number 1, and at Post Dam close to Post Reservoir there are some out of the ordinary things to see. It is very dried up here at Post Reservoir usually; most of the rain falls through May; the driest month is January. There's tremendous hiking along the Wildcat Hills Trails, and you'll probably meet some people from Scottsbluff here.       So many cool things close to Post Reservoir, clearly remarkable. There's so much to do here at Post Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Scottsbluff/Chimney Rock KOA is a nice site for that. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Post Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Riverside Campground; if you need a place to stay Circle S Lodge is a magnificent choice. At Post Reservoir during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's                  while overnight lows are regularly in the 50's. During the wintertime highs are usually in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Post Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.
