It is very dried out here at Pine Canyon Reservoir mostly; most of the rain falls through May while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Good hiking is available along the North River Trail, and if you want to stop by some exciting stuff, stop by White Cliffs. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Pine Canyon Reservoir that you need to camp here       for a while, Lazy A Motel and Campground is a glorious place for that, and Hurlbut Canyon is a good place to visit. What a site this is for outdoors folks. Stay the night at East City Park Campground, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Ainsworth. Summertime highs at Pine Canyon Reservoir frequently tend to be in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures at Pine Canyon                  Reservoir dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights.
