Man, is there a lot of exciting things to do in the Sand Hills. After a long day outdoors Hyannis Hotel is a delightful place to spend a night or two; Round Valley is a striking place any time of year. Negro Lake gets very little precipitation; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest. For the period of the months of summer here at Negro Lake, high       temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's, and the nighttime is fairly chillier of course, frequently in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Negro Lake are in the 10's. Negro Lake is a beautiful lake in the Sand Hills.
