This lake is so wonderful. An interesting thing to go to right next door to Miller Pond is Lothrop Dam, and the Homestead Trail is a splendid hiking trail nearby. Miller Pond gets a typical amount of annual precipitation; the wettest month of the year is frequently May, that's the one       that rains the most, and January on the other hand is the driest. If you're here at Miller Pond and you like golf, you can stop by College Heights Country Club, and Super 8 Crete is a tremendous location to get some rest. High temperatures at Miller Pond through the summertime are in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. Highs during the winter are ordinarily in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Miller Pond. This lake is so wonderful.                  Nearby lakes? Walnut Creek is a lovely stream that is worth a visit, and why not camp at Area One Campground while you're here at Miller Pond. near Miller Pond you'll stumble on a wooded region called Gregory Grove, as expected you could also visit Doane Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a tremendous time here at Miller Pond.
