This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Toadstool Campground, and McMeekin Dam is gorgeous. For the duration of the summer here at McMeekin Reservoir, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Through       the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 0's for McMeekin Reservoir. There is a magnificent hiking trail right next door to McMeekin Reservoir called the Boots and Saddle Trail; since you're here you can take a hike along the Toadstool Trail. On a fine day at McMeekin Reservoir you can take a hike along the White River Trail, and McMeekin Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could take a look at.
