So much entertaining       stuff to do at Mader Reservoir Number 2, so little time. Camping at Mader Reservoir Number 2 is brilliant fun, Gilbert-Baker Campground is a brilliant local campground. High temperatures at Mader Reservoir Number 2 during the long summer days are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Mader Reservoir Number 2 dipping down into the 0's during                  winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Sage Motel is a tremendous location to get some rest, and there are magnificent sites to discover along the Toadstool Trail. Toadstool Campground is a wonderful campground here; you can go for a hike on the Fort Robinson Trail. Nearby lakes?
