Madden Reservoir is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Twin Pines is a wonderful local campground; dry warm beds await you at Kimball Days Inn. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can have a look at Madden Dam; camping at Kimball Koa Kampground is always a fine experience. It is very dried out here at Madden Reservoir commonly; the month with most of the rain is July, and February is       the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of people from Sterling here at Madden Reservoir. At Madden Reservoir through the long summer days highs are in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's.
