At Lower Jordan Reservoir you don’t see much rainfall; May is the month that gets the most rain; January is the month with the least moisture. If you get bored of Lower Jordan Reservoir, you could also have a look at close by Bill Coffee Reservoir Number 1, and if you came to camp Toadstool       Campground is a tremendous spot to do that. Going for a hike on the Trooper Trail is always a great adventure. There's so much to do here at Lower Jordan Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Gilbert-Baker Campground is a great location for that. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have a good time. Near Lower Jordan Reservoir you stumble on the Fort Robinson Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail; a journey to Agate Fossil Beds National                  Monument is worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful. There is a good hiking trail close to Lower Jordan Reservoir called the Toadstool Trail, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hot Springs is a perfect location to get some rest. High temperatures at Lower Jordan Reservoir during the long summer days are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's.
