The Sand Hills scenery is always beautiful. Little Coleman Lake is usually a pretty dehydrated location; through the month of June you get the most rain around here while January is typically the driest month. Summertime highs at Little Coleman Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The winter comes with       highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Little Coleman Lake. Be careful coming to the Sand Hills, you might not ever want to return back home again. After a long day outdoors Sandhills Motel is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Little Coleman Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Steer Creek Campground is a good location for that.
