Glenn Cunningham Lake Campground is a delightful campground nearby, and after a long day outdoors SUPER 8 MOTEL - BLAIR is a great spot to spend a night or two. Jensen Reservoir is in the vicinity of Jensen Dam which is a lovely place beyond doubt worth taking a look at; why not a little side trip to Fish Creek. While you're here at Jensen Reservoir you will       meet lots of folks from nearby Omaha-Council Bluffs, and don't leave Jensen Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Copper Creek Connector Trail. Jensen Reservoir gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; most of the rain falls during June, and the driest of the months is January. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things next to Jensen Reservoir. Wilson Island State Park is a tremendous local campground, and dry warm beds await you                  at Econo Lodge Blair. At Jensen Reservoir through the summertime months highs are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are frequently in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Jensen Reservoir during the wintertime mostly drop into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. River Wilds Golf Club is a golf course near Jensen Reservoir, and there are great locations to discover along the Boyer Chute Trails.
