Around Howard Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rain; June is the wettest month with       most rain; January on the other hand is the driest. All through the summertime, highs usually are in the 80's at Howard Reservoir, and the nighttime is a tad colder of course, generally in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Howard Reservoir are in the 0's.
