Summer brings highs in the 90's to Holmes Lake; the night is a tad cooler of course, generally in the 60's. During the wintertime the highs are generally in the 30's; through the dark hours in the winter at Holmes Lake temperatures plunge to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Candlewood Suites LINCOLN is a great choice,       and why not camp at Lancaster Event Center since you're here at Holmes Lake. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. While you're here at Holmes Lake you can play some golf at Holmes Golf Course. Lakes are great; Holmes Lake is a lake that's next to Holmes Lake.
