There's so much to do here at Hayford Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Fairfield Campground is a splendid place for that, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Berry Bridge Creek. If you need a spot to stay Koyote Lodge is a nice choice, and do take a hike on the North River Trail. During the summertime, highs       frequently are in the 80's at Hayford Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's, and night lows in the 0's for Hayford Lake. Stay the night at Rock Barn Outfitters Campground. Hayford Lake is typically a relatively waterless place; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and January on the other hand is the driest.
