It is very waterless here at Gregg Lake ordinarily; the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest month is January. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Roberts Trail. Don't leave Gregg Lake without first going for a hike along the White River Trail. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Gregg Lake has to offer, you can camp at Roberts Trailhead Campground. Go for a hike       on the Rock Butte Loop; if you need a location to stay Best Western West Hills Inn is a good choice. High temperatures at Gregg Lake all through the warm months are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's.
