This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Snake River, and while you're here, you could also have a look at gorgeous Twin Lakes. It is very dried out here at Green Lake regularly; the wettest month of the year is mostly June, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of       the year is January. Summertime highs at Green Lake typically tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Green Lake temperatures sink to the 0's.
