It is very dehydrated here at Goodwin Reservoir mostly; throughout June this area sees the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. All our national parks are delightful sites to visit, and Niobrara National Scenic River is no exception. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Goodwin Reservoir. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the       50's. Highs through the wintertime are usually in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Goodwin Reservoir throughout the wintertime usually fall into the 0's. Do go to Goodwin Dam if you're here at Goodwin Reservoir; why not camp at Powder Horn Area Campground if you're here at Goodwin Reservoir.
