Do stop by Gold Lake while you're in this part of Nebraska. Lakes? Sure, East Lake is in the neighborhood, and if you came for an overnight stay Wesleyan Campground is a glorious location to camp. At Gold Lake all through the summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. All through the winter the highs are mostly in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Gold Lake. Around Gold Lake you don’t get a lot of rain;

This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express O'Neill, Ne is a good location to spend a night or two, and Wheel Inn Motel and RV Park is a great campground here. | |
