Going for a hike on the Wilderness Park Trails is always a good adventure, and there's some flowing water nearby, Elk Creek is a stream you can take a look at while you're here. A lake nearby is Salt Lake, and Flader Dam is wonderful. During the long summer days highs here at Flader Reservoir reach the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Highs during the winter are generally in the 30's; after       the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Flader Reservoir sink into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Lincoln Travelodge is a perfect choice; nearby you hit upon the Pioneer Park Trails which is a pleasant hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are beyond doubt bountiful here at Flader Reservoir. Bowling Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by; why not camp at Lake View Campground                  while you're here at Flader Reservoir. A nice close by hotel is Lincoln/West, and a splendid location to camp here at Flader Reservoir is Camp-a-way. From a rain point of view Flader Reservoir is a quite common site; the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest of the months is January.
