Summertime highs at Conway Lake usually tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 30's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Conway Lake descend into the 10's. These mountains rock, just look at all the fun things to do in the Sand Hills. Lakes are delightful; Swan Lake is a lake that's close to Conway Lake. Niobrara National       Scenic River is a magnificent local destination here at Conway Lake, and Rose Valley is another good place to stop at close by. It is very waterless here at Conway Lake ordinarily; throughout May this area sees the most rain; January is when it's the driest.
