Why not camp at Thousand Adventures if you're here at Burr Reservoir, and after a long day outdoors Nebraska City-Days Inn is a fine place to spend a night or two. The annual rain here at Burr Reservoir is about average; throughout the month of May you get the most rain around here, and January meanwhile is the driest month. During the long summer days here at Burr Reservoir, high       temperatures ordinarily get into the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are generally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Burr Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Very great water scenery is available at Burr Dam right next door to Burr Reservoir; camping is available at Syracuse Campground. Do explore Wilson Creek Reservoir 2-2 next to Burr Reservoir, it's a pretty lake; a magnificent close by hotel is Sleep Inn , Inn & Suites.     Sleep Inn , Inn & Suites, Syracuse 7 miles away Indoor pool and meeting rooms.
