Around Brule Creek Reservoir 1-A you don’t get a lot of rain; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is January. Lakes? Sure, Western Irrigation District Reservoir is close at hand. There's so much to do here at Brule Creek Reservoir 1-A that you need to camp here for a while, Van's Lakeview Fishing Camp  
   is a delightful spot for that. Through the long summer days at Brule Creek Reservoir 1-A temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; nighttime lows in the 0's for Brule Creek Reservoir 1-A.
This lake is so wonderful. Smith Lake is a brilliant lake close to Brule Creek Reservoir 1-A. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Brule
