    The beauty of Blue Springs Power Plant Reservoir is reason enough to stop by. Blue Springs Power Plant Reservoir is not far at all from Beatrice, and after a long day outdoors Victorian Inn is a splendid place to spend a night or two. If time allows, Homestead National Monument of America is a national park worth visiting, and Blue Springs Power Plant Dam is a beautiful site, absolutely worth stopping at. This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a nice  
   little visit to Big Indian Creek; if you need a place to stay Econo Lodge Beatrice is a great choice.
This place, Blue Springs Power Plant Reservoir, it completely has so much outdoors fun stuff. Stay the night at Feit Memorial Park Campground, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Homestead Trail. The annual precipitation here at Blue Springs Power Plant Reservoir is about average; the month with most of the rain is June while January is
 
               frequently the driest month.
At Blue Springs Power Plant Reservoir during the summer highs are in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's. All through the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Blue Springs Power Plant Reservoir temperatures drop to the 10's. There's so much to do here at Blue Springs Power Plant Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Chautauqua Park Campground is a delightful place for that; the Rockford Trail is a nice hiking trail nearby.
