During the long summer days highs here at Beaver Lake get into the 80's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 60's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Beaver Lake. Snake River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by; camping is available at Valentine KOA. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Super 8 Motel - Valentine is a       nice choice. Not far from Beaver Lake, you'll come across Coleman Lake which is a striking lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Merritt Reservoir Main Area Campground is a great spot to camp.
