Swamps don’t sound that brilliant but Chiles Slough near Ward Lake is quite brilliant; if you get bored of Ward Lake you could also check out nearby Swensens Slough. Ward Lake is a location that is quite dehydrated frequently; during June this area sees the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. If you came for an overnight stay Country Store is a perfect location to camp, and Ward Lake is not the only spot close by, Kirkland Lake is a close by

At Ward Lake through the days of summer highs are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 10's, and nighttime lows in the-10's for Ward Lake. | |
