Dion Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Gravel Lake Campground is a wonderful local campground, and a perfect nearby hotel is Super 8 Bottineau. During the days of summer here at Dion Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's.
