Comfort Inn Jonesville is a wonderful place to get some rest, and camping at Homeplace Recreational Park is always a delightful experience. After a long day outdoors Fairfield Inn & Suites Elkin Jonesville is a good spot to spend a night or two, and if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Fisher River. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some       time golfing at a close by golf course like Cedar Lake Golf Course; do stop at Lineberry Creek since you're here at Williams Pond. Williams Pond commonly gets much rainfall; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is January. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Dogwood Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. If you're going to Williams Pond from Mount Airy, you won't be the only one, and Williams Pond is splendid                  enough to spend more than a day at, Holly Ridge Family Campground is a splendid local campground. During the summer, highs typically are in the 80's at Williams Pond. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are commonly in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Williams Pond.
