After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Sanford, Nc is a great site to spend a night or two, and if you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little River. Willette Lake Dam is charming and it's close to Willett Lake, and a delightful site for whitewater paddling is Deep River. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area next to       Willett Lake has to offer. Good hiking is available along the Campbell Creek Loop, and don't forget to take a tremendous little tour to Little Juniper Creek. Summertime at Willett Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's, and overnight lows at Willett Lake during the wintertime ordinarily fall into the 20's. While you're here at Willett                  Lake you can play some golf at Tobacco Road Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Jameson Inn Sanford is a good choice, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Willett Lake; Northington Ferry Trail is a splendid local trail. There's fine hiking along the Lanier Falls Trail; there are plenty of people from Sanford here.
