Dry warm beds await you at Marriott Greensboro Downtown; if you came to camp Greensboro Campground is a glorious spot to do that. Do take a look at Buffalo Lake close to White Oak Lake, it's a lovely lake; Reedy Fork Creek has a nice whitewater paddling spot nearby. If you need a site to stay Biltmore Greensboro Downtown is a good choice, and not far from White Oak Lake you get some       great water scenery at White Oak Lake Dam. This lake is so wonderful. Here at White Oak Lake you'll probably meet some people from Greensboro-High Point; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Cedarcrest Golf Course is around here. So much enjoyable stuff to do at White Oak Lake, so little time. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Deep River. White Oak Lake gets a lot of water; during July this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months                  is April. All through the summertime months at White Oak Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's, and the overnight is quite chillier of course, ordinarily in the 60's.
