Weaverville Reservoir is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The high level of precipitation makes Weaverville Reservoir a relatively wet spot; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is October. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Blue Ridge Mountains. choice. This lake is so wonderful. Weaverville Reservoir is next to Elk Wallow Gap which is definitely worth checking out; French Broad River is a delightful whitewater spot nearby. Just can't get enough of Weaverville Reservoir.
You're most likely hooked on lakes, Beaver Lake is one of those nearby, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Side Hill Trail. So much entertaining stuff to do at Weaverville Reservoir, so little time. There is a nice
hiking trail close to Weaverville Reservoir called the Bald Mountain Trail, and the Elk Mountains is one of the things that make Weaverville Reservoir so fine. If you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling
on Swannanoa River; at Weaverville Reservoir you always meet someone from Asheville. Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is abundant here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Wilson's Riverfront RV Park is a brilliant local campground, and
