Custom Search     Waterville Lake     Take fines creek exit off of 40. There is a portage area off of white oak road. It is a steep decline about a 1/2 mile with many switch backs. Please be careful since the trail and lake is know to have lots of snakes. It is a remote place that can be dangerous with changing weather conditions. Says David Hear you can park on private property for a small fee. It's supposed to be the only place you can put a boat in on Waterville Lake.
