Much rainfall falls at Von Canon Lake; throughout the month of July you get the most rain around here, and April is the month with the least moisture. During the days of summer highs here at Von Canon Lake reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. During the winter highs are usually in the 40's       with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Von Canon Lake. There are other spots here than Von Canon Lake, for example Curries Pond, and if you need a site to stay Homewood Suites Olmsted VillagePinehurst NC is a good choice. Pine Lake Campground is a good campground nearby, and you'll almost certainly meet some people from Southern Pines here. If only every site had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great globe it would be. This lake is so wonderful.
