If you need a location to stay Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte North is a brilliant choice; Camp Stewart is a glorious campground nearby. All through the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 80's at Vances Twin Lakes. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Vances Twin Lakes are in the 20's. Vances Twin Lakes       is not the only place close by, Vance Pond Number Two is a close by lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Paramount's Carowinds Campground is a great place to camp. Vance Pond Dam Number One is not far at all from Vances Twin Lakes, and Comfort Suites Charlotte is a pleasant place to get some rest. Vances Twin Lakes usually gets a lot of rain; the month with most of the rain is March; April is the month with the least moisture.
