Deep River Campground And RV Park is a good campground here; a wonderful close by hotel is Microtel Inn And Suites. Not far from Timber Ridge Lake you acquire some pleasant water scenery at Timber Ridge Lake Dam; Hampton Inn is a good place to get some rest. And that's not all you can do here at Timber Ridge Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Reedy Fork Creek.       This is a popular place for people from Burlington, and if you come at the right time of year, Deep River offers some magnificent whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Cane Creek Campground and RV Park is a nice place to camp; Timber Ridge Lake is not the only location nearby, Richardson Pond is a nearby lake. A great deal of precipitation falls at Timber Ridge Lake; July is the wettest month with most rain, and April on the                  other hand is the driest. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Timber Ridge Lake with night lows in the 60's.
