Just can't get enough of the Blue Ridge Mountains. There are other locations here than Temple Terrace Lake, for example Lugana Lake, and you can see Rutledge Mountain from Temple Terrace Lake. That right there is a lot already, but it continues; Temple Terrace Lake has it all. Put some time aside to spend at Crystal Spring if you're here at Temple Terrace Lake,       and the scenery at Osceola Lake Dam is picturesque. The amount of rainfall that falls at Temple Terrace Lake is close to the national average; through the month of March you get the most rain around here while October is typically the driest month. The Blue Ridge Mountains scenery is always beautiful. The Shut-In Trail offers hiking at its best; if you need a site to stay Hendersonville-Days Inn is a nice choice. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much                  to do here at Temple Terrace Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Big willow Campground is a great spot for that; hiking is a popular thing to do around Temple Terrace Lake; Side Hill Trail is a good local trail. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Mullinax Trail, and Crooked Creek Lake is a splendid lake nearby. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It's a brilliant idea to stop by Bat Fork, it's next to Temple Terrace Lake, and dry warm beds await you at The Waverly Inn. Temple Terrace Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Camper Cargo is a fine local campground, and if you're a golfer then a magnificent close by course is Hendersonville Country Club. And that's not all you can do here at Temple Terrace Lake. This is a popular site for folks from Asheville, and get your heart beating on the good whitewater of Green River. The sights at Blue Ridge Parkway will blow your mind; a good site for whitewater paddling is Big Hungry Creek. At Temple Terrace Lake throughout the months of summer highs are in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are generally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Temple Terrace Lake are in the 20's. And if that's not enough there's loads more fun stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
