Summer at Teague Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Teague Lake plunge into the 20's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Whitewater       paddling is glorious on Deep River, and if you need a place to stay Hampton Inn Greensboro East / McLeansville is a magnificent choice. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Greensboro Campground; a tremendous close by hotel is Quality Inn & Suites. A delightful lake like Nelsons Lake in the vicinity of Teague Lake is a great spot to pop by, and there's some interesting stuff to spot at Teague Lake Dam near Teague Lake. A lot of precipitation falls                  at Teague Lake; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain; April on the other hand is the driest.
